2. Find the announcement tab or click this link: http://tamisemi.go.tz/announcements
3. Check for any updates relating to Form five Selection or Follow the link if available, or use this link:  http://tamisemi.go.tz/app/form_5_selection/
4. Select the category you want to search for (It can be the candidate name, Form four index number, or the school name), Enter the candidate name or CSEE index number and Submit, then your selection results will be displayed on the Web page and you will be able to access your Form five selection results.
